EMDR

EMDR is an evidence-based and highly effective trauma treatment, which is also used for treatment of anxiety/panic, depression, symptoms of OCD, and more. As part of my EMDR work, I also use the Flash Technique, which is a simple, yet effective, tool for healing. Please contact me to discuss whether this may be a helpful for treatment for you.

 

Individual therapy

Talk therapy to help adolescents and adults create the lives they want. I used evidence-based treatment modalities, including DBT, CBT, ACT, IFS and EMDR. Currently, I am only offering therapy via telehealth (phone or video appointments), due to the acute outbreak of the Covid-19 virus.

Support for partners to recognize and change unhealthy patterns and engage in more positive and loving ways. Along with couples therapy, I provide relationship therapy for friends, adult children and parents, or colleagues/business partners.
